01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and fb030.cc ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the fb030.cc website, games, services, and any associated features (collectively, "the Services").

By creating an account, depositing funds, accepting a bonus, or otherwise accessing any part of the fb030.cc platform, you confirm that:

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on fb030.cc. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using a family member's or third party's personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Valid email address that you own and have access to;
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older;

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered information. fb030.cc must be notified promptly of any changes. Accounts registered using false information are subject to immediate suspension pending review, and any balances associated with fraudulently registered accounts may be forfeited.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before processing your first withdrawal or accessing higher deposit limits. Acceptable Philippine identification documents include: SSS card, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, Philippine Passport, UMID, Voter's ID, or Postal ID. fb030.cc will process KYC submissions within one (1) business day in most cases.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fb030.cc login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must:

• Log out of your fb030.cc account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;

05 Deposits & Payments

fb030.cc accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and selected cryptocurrency networks. The minimum deposit is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though fb030.cc may apply enhanced due diligence for large deposits.

You must only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments originating from accounts owned by another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of those funds and potential account suspension pending investigation.

fb030.cc reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of any deposit. Failure to provide such documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction.

06 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya);

• fb030.cc targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day;

fb030.cc reserves the right to void and reverse any winnings that are determined to have resulted from technical errors, game malfunctions, or exploitation of software bugs. In such cases, only the original wager amount may be returned.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits as a means to obtain fraudulent withdrawals;

• Any attempt to manipulate, hack, or disrupt the fb030.cc platform or its underlying infrastructure.

10 Responsible Gaming

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of fb030.cc shall first be submitted to fb030.cc's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to mediation administered by a recognized Philippine dispute resolution body. Players retain all rights available to them under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.

15 Amendments to These Terms

fb030.cc reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of fb030.cc after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept an amended version of these Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the amendments take effect. Pending balances at the time of account closure will be processed to your registered withdrawal method in the ordinary course.
